About
From the north of São Paulo, known as AK1N, began his DJ career in 2016 focused on entertainment and musical research. Over the years, he has become more professional and has increasingly carried out his extensive and diverse curation across
venues in the capital of São Paulo and beyond.
Throughout his career, he has been part of several projects and cultural collectives with the aim of taking music throughout Brazil and, eventually, the world.
He is currently the creator and DJ of @ w1nd _____, an independent cultural project that arises from the need for a musical environment where the public frequents and has access to enjoy non-normative music and value the fun of being a DJ.
AK1N is well-versed in black music in general, building a set that spans generations, countries and aspects of global black music.
