Manu Villas

Manu Villas is one of the most unique and active figures in the electronic music scene.

His career path is intertwined with various chapters in the history of techno in São Paulo, spanning vinyl record stores, DJ and music production schools, as well as the clubs and parties that helped shape the city’s scene. Aloca, Clash, Vegas, Lab, Lov.e, D-Edge, Capslock, JACA, BLUM, Techno Route, Fervo, Rebordose, Insomnia, and Sunday Away are among the venues and projects that have defined his journey.

As a producer and resident DJ for the parties GHOST and SMAGA, Manu explores a sonic approach—both in his DJ sets and his own musical productions—that blends dark, atmospheric, and space-like textures with hypnotic structures.
