Shipments

1. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 4 business days after confirmation.
2. We ship all items in secure packaging to prevent any type of damage.
3. If there are any issues with processing or inventory, we will contact the buyer.
4. We offer free shipping nationwide (Brazil) for purchases over R$300.
5. Currently, we do not handle international orders outside of Brazil.

 

Exchanges and Returns

If you are not satisfied with our received product, you can exchange it in one of the following ways:

1. All purchases made on this site are final.
2. Returns are allowed only in case of manufacturing defects – In these cases, the customer should return the product or visit the physical store for an analysis of the problem. If the defect is confirmed, we will do our best to send another one. If it’s not possible, a refund of the purchase amount + shipping will be issued.

You have up to 7 days from purchase to request a refund.

However, some of the Store’s features may depend on registration and submission of Personal Data such as: (a) creating an account; (b) receiving our newsletter; (c) performing a purchase and sale transaction; (d) contacting the support team.
