Mild Fantasy – Coyado

Brooklyn selector Coyado builds heat from the ground up. Heavy dub pressure & Latin percussion merge to form club constructions designed for bodies in motion. His sets move with intention, layering the low-end rumble of soundsystem culture against the polyrhythmic snap of dembow and cumbia, finding pockets where Caribbean bassweight and New York grit lock into the same groove. Coming up through the city’s underground circuit, each set is another chance to test how far the fusion can stretch without losing its center of gravity.
