Casting Call – Samuel Barbier-Ficat

Samuel Barbier-Ficat is a Paris-based composer and contemporary artist working at the edges of neoclassical composition and experimental electronics. After early releases on London’s untitled (recs) and collaborations with artists like Yayoyanoh and Nadah El Shazly, he recently dropped Curtain Music, a five-act debut EP featuring Jamie Stewart (Xiu Xiu), where silence, disruption and orchestral fragments collide in a slow-burning ritual of presence.
